As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals during the development process
• Payment of invoices according to the agreed schedule
• Respecting intellectual property rights and providing proper licenses for any third-party materials
• Regular communication and project updates

Asilway provides professional development and consulting services including:

• AI-powered web applications and mobile development
• IoT solutions and smart device integrations
• Machine learning and data science solutions
• Digital transformation consulting
• Technology strategy and implementation planning

Project scope and requirements will be defined in a detailed proposal or contract. Any changes to the scope may affect timelines and costs.

• Changes to project scope will be documented and approved
• Additional work beyond the original scope may incur extra charges
• Timeline adjustments may be necessary for scope changes
• All changes will be communicated transparently

Intellectual Property

Upon completion and full payment of the project:

• Client receives full ownership of the developed solution
• Source code and related materials are delivered
• Asilway retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
• Custom solutions remain the intellectual property of the client

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements:

• Deposit required to begin work (typically 30-50%)
• Milestone payments based on project completion
• Final payment upon project delivery and approval
• Late payments may incur additional fees
